When a hitchhiker is lost out in the wilderness, along comes the perfect good Samaritan with an offer of help. However what appears to be a kind deed turns into a long and tortuous nightmare for the naive traveller. A sadistic, mentally deranged, psychotic maniac has found the perfect victim for a cruel and sexually perverted agenda! The traveller is thrown into the back of a pick-up truck where he is chloroformed and kidnapped. Once at the Bad Samaritan's den, the vicious attacks begin. Forced shaving, verbal and physical abuse are just the beginning of the long ordeal that's ahead. Sadistically, the assailant uses every implement in the book to subdue his prey.
