Tips for your order:
Shipping
- We offer FREE SHIPPING for any order of $60 or more. Shipping for smaller orders is $5.99. Worldwide.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery! All items are sent in plain packaging by international priority mail. We use discreet packaging, the sender is "K R A H O GmbH, Austria". Depending on the value and type of items, you may or may not have to sign for the delivery.
- Items may be sent out in separate packages and therefore may arrive on different days!
- We do all we can to make sure that all items are in stock at all times. Delivery for most customers will occur within 2 weeks, so please do not contact us until 2 weeks have elapsed. Please understand that some items can be delayed however! If your goods have not arrived after 2 weeks, then please contact us and let us know.
Regional Encoding
ALL DVDs in our shop are regional code free (PLAYABLE WORLD-WIDE!). All American productions and most international productions are in NTSC format and will play on any North American DVD player. Very few European productions may require a PAL capable DVD player. Please click on the respective item descriptions for details regarding video formats!
Payment
- Credit card payments are charged in EURO currency based on today's exchange rate. Due to currency fluctuations and international transaction fees imposed by your bank, the amount on your credit card may differ slightly. Please contact us in case of problems or questions.
- Alternately, you may select to pay by wire transfer. At the end of the order process, you'll see the info required for international wire transfer payments. Please add $25 to the amount to cover our bank charges!
- Sorry, but we no NOT accept cheques.
